In this creation, we dunk our giant apple into the hot, buttery caramel, then roll it into roasted, crushed almonds and pack them on to form a thick layer.  After the caramel has cooled, our chocolate artist creates a masterpiece using carefully tempered milk, dark and white belgian chocolate.
